Carl Brune - Fieldherper of February 2007

Carl Richard Brune (1966) was raised in California in the northern part of the Mojave desert. As a kid he and his friends spend much of their time chasing lizards and snakes. His interest in herpetology was fueled by a Christmas present – “Stebbin's field guide”.

He now works as a professor in Physics at Ohio University and has herpetology as his hobby.

VenomousSnakes.net congratulates Carl Brune with the appointment as fieldherper of February 2007.
